Hi @Fred Zingeser -- You mentioned on the call last week that a flow can be triggered by a "Platform Event". Can you please give an example of a Platform Event and any got'chas around them? (I thought you said that you would show examples at the end but it never came up again.) . TIA!

It's a bit complicated. Best to just point you here. Don't be concerned about too much detail as an App Builder, but do the first lesson to get the concepts:
