Ajay, to get an answer that's specific to your org, run the Lightning Experience Readiness Check. This video explains how and why to use the tool: http://salesforce.vidyard.com/watch/ttDTcYW11nWqUgRkT3KWkX .
You get a Readiness Report that identifies if any existing features or customizations in your org need attention for Lightning Experience. The report also includes recommended steps on how to address identified issues.
The other tool to know about is the Configuration Converter, which automates many common adjustments.
