In 28 days my org will transition to Lightning. From what I've read my users can switch back to Classic but every week it will reset to Lightning. If I enable Lightning now, can I set it so my users are still on classic until they decide to switch. I'm going to start customizing and developing a roll-out plan, but we are no where near ready. I can see a lot of frustration if everyone has to click back to view classic weekly. What's the best way to handle this?

@Kristen Cetrano, you can enable Lightning and modify the auto-switcher that you mention. You can find more information here - https://help.salesforce.com/articleView?id=lex_enable_users_autoswitch.htm&type=5. With that, your users can switch between the two experiences at their leisure.
