Other than saved URL links (or bookmarks) no longer working, is there any other impact of turning on my domain that we need to account for?

@Chris Dugal the only thing I'd add to @Elna Miller's comment is about SSO. If you use that, make sure the end points in your SSO settings are updated. And then when you spin up sandboxes they'll have a new URL too vs cs18.xxx etc.
