Hi everyone. I have reports in Classic that are scheduled and emailed to certain users. Do you know if I need to now Subscribe to these reports when we switch to Lightning?

@Nick Gibbons, a scheduled refresh (without email) is scheduled to be delivered in Summer '19 (safe harbor). Please feel free to review our Lightning roadmap for other features we are working to bring to Lightning Experience - https://help.salesforce.com/articleView?id=lex_roadmap.htm
