I've been reading about Event Monitoring, and I'm working now on Analytics for pre-built datasets. I've understood each of those events, except for Console Event Type.

I read documentation over and over, and I still don't understand, or maybe is it a bug?

According the documentation, all activity of Salesforce Consoles is registered on the log. And by reading about the following fields, I got totally sure that it was talking about Service or similar Consoles:

License_Context: Where possible values are Service, Sales and Service, Sales.

Record_ID / Record_ID_Derived: ID of a record associated to the console.

Did someone have the same problem? or maybe understand that event type?
