⚡⚡⚡⚡⚡⚡⚡⚡LIGHTNING STRIKES WINNERS ⚡⚡⚡⚡⚡⚡⚡⚡

Even though the drawing was random, all five winners had great tips:

1. Laura - I have two tips that I wanted to share for #LightningStrikes 
   1. Tip 1: Show your users how easy it is to just click the star and favorite important records, lists, groups, dashboards, and other frequently used pages in Salesforce. 
   2. Tip 2: Lightbulbs will go off in your executives heads about how amazing Lightning is once you show them the Kanban feature. This is a big selling point for using Lightning! ##LightningStrikes Take advantage of the ability to show a much more sophisticated visual of dashboards (than in Classic), along with the ability to customize and assign Home Pages to specific profiles. Your end users will be impressed with how great their dashboards look!

2. Tricia - Consider the same principals that you use for Apex triggers and classes on the objects when you create Process Builder automations. Like triggers, you want to limit the number of workflows that fire on events that occur on an object, and use functions like Flows and Apex that are called by Process Builder and can be reused by other Lightning components.
3. Patrick - As an Admin don't be afraid to play around with making your own simple lightning Components, One of our admins with no development knowledge created a dynamic reusable custom alert component by playing around with the card component, some CSS from w3schools and design attributes! He used filtered visibility on the lightning page to make it appear / disappear based on field values.

4. Amanda - I love telling my users about the favorites button. You can save any account, campaign, report, dashboard, etc. and get back to it Lightning fast! (Pun intended 😂?)
5. Laurel - Before you migrate to Lightning (if you haven't already!), be sure you PLAN PLAN PLAN.
   1. Get up to speed on Lightning Migration steps on Trailhead
   2. Look at browsers your company uses and review Lightning support for them (ie, IE)
   3. Review the Lightning Experience Readiness Report and create a plan to tackle those items
   4. And don't forget to pilot it to a select few users first to work out any kinks before launching company-wide
