It's hard for me to pick just one tip from our LX migration that just happened so I'm going to put my top 3 all having to do with increasing user adoption!

1. Take the time to customize lightning record pages and take advantage of the compact layouts.
2. Using component filters for a customized user experience is magic.
3. A tie: Global actions and favorites in the top navigation has my users salivating.
