Apologized in advance if this question has been discussed earlier.

 

We are using EM and also using EA to display the EM data into EA dashboard.

We are using URIWithUsers dataset, however this dataset is not "clean", meaning if we have many visualforce pages embedded to a record, example Account, so when a user open an Account record, URIWithUsers will have all the visualforce pages, which we want to exclude from EA dashbaord, because it simple not user interaction.

I also see a lot of "/visualforce/session" which I think this is not user manual interaction.

 

What is the best practice to filter out those "system" activities?

    Out of box dashboards are generic. You can modify and filter EA dashboards as per your needs. @Amanda Grady
