Hi Team 

Hope you are well. Please can someone help me with the following question...

I'm busy with Customize Your Login Process with My Domain in the User Authentication module. 

I have created a new Dev edition Org and created a subdomain. I have received my verification e-mail, however when I click on the link provided in the mail (https://ottodell-tech-subdomain-dev-ed.my.salesforce.com) it takes me to a login page where the username field is blank. 

When I enter my Salesforce Hands-on Orgs credentials (resourceful-badger-******.com) and enter my password, I cannot enter my subdomain?

When I enter my Salesforce Login credentials (brave-raccoon-******.com) and enter my password, I also cannot enter my subdomain?  

I get the following error message: "Please check your username and password. If you still can't log in, contact your Salesforce administrator" I have reset my passwords but still cannot enter my subdomain?

Any ideas Guys...much appreciated
