Quick Actions do not display correctly when 2 column Layout is used
When a quick action is used in a "Related Record" lightning component, and there are no fields on the left side on the layout of the quick action, the ui will pull the fields from the right column to the left.
It pulls it a bit too far, so text appears to be "cut off". This can be prevented if you pull the Items to the left column in the layout of the action.
But to be honest, this is a bug. If I intend to use the layout editor of the quick action, SF should respect my decision where i put each field and should show it to the user as i want it to be.

+1 - I have several of these where I have an uneven number of fields and while I have opted to put the extra field in the left column, it spans the width of both with the edit pencil in line with the right column, even when using a blank space component on the layout editor. Definitely frustrating from an end-user perspective because they have to look harder for the edit pencil on that field. It's the papercuts that hurt the most. @Michael Orr
