Experienced Admins: Process Builder is known for being poor at error handling, especially when there are large #s of blocks. How do you handle troubleshooting with Process Builder Processes? Or, do you take the approach of keeping your Process Builders really simple, and asking your developer to setup Apex instead?

Hoping more people share some creative ideas. One I'd like to add is using Flow - it allows you to control the error handling somewhat. Customize error messages for the user, which in turn, will make it easier for you to find and fix the issue.
