Are there any Lightning alternatives for the Multi-User Calendar View that we had in Classic? My users prefer the view where each user is listed on the y-axis of the grid and day of the week is along the x-axis. AppExchange alternatives?

Yes, Winter '20's "Availability" view does provide the same sort of swimlanes as Classic's Multi-User View (just rotated 90 degrees)! We suggest you combine this with (also new in Winter '20) User Lists: this lets the user toggle on an entire list of users with one click. Taken together, Availability plus User Lists are the Lightning version of what Classic's Multi-User View.
