Hi, we recently migrated our Community to lightning (Customer Service Template) and now looking at our internal org and Service Cloud users.  One major limitation in the Community Service Template was there was no native Ideas functionality, so we needed to use a third party app from the app exchange, now we have found the same limitation when migrating our internal uses to Lighting.

Does anyone know or currently using an Ideas app that can be used for all internal users (Service and Sales Cloud users), would rather have a full solution, than make users flick back to Classic to review/manage customers Ideas.

Any thoughts/recommendations would be really helpful,
