Replicating the Knows About Functionality. Is anyone aware of a means to replicate the knows about functionality to allow community members to also separately see and endorse members for projects he or she are working on? The use case is to connect members who are working on similar projects by having them identify what they are working on. This strikes me as similar to Knows About, except that you would need to encourage them to add what they are working on rather than having someone else do it (which I think they can do with Knows About also).  The objective is to allow members working on similar things to connect and share knowledge and expertise on them -- plus allow people who end up working on the same thing later to connect with that person similar to Knows About. Perhaps there is a Working On section of profiles and a leaderboard and then when they complete the project they "graduate" to Knows About. Maybe there is a better way to accomplish this use case? If someone has a solution idea, I would love to hear about it.
