It's first step for me today here with you amazing stars!

Need your valuable inputs on creating an Org for my team of 11 consultants being an Account Admin/Scheduler. We wish to automate email process for each consultant soon our schedule is imported into the org.

Our consultants are assigned for two different type of visits for a week each having 2-3 visits per day. Before they walk-up we have an established email process for warm up with client and we now aim at automating it through Salesforce platform.  Looking forward for your suggestions :)
