Please tell me what I'm missing!  Seems like I have way too many steps to get from Setup to an object.  For example, say I added a  field to contacts in lightning and now I want to go to Contacts to see/test it.  Do I have to go from Setup to the 9 dots to get to the app menu and from there select contacts.  There has to be an easy way to navigate back and forth and I just don't see it or see where to set it up.  Probably a silly question but I am stumped
