I'm working with the Lightning App Builder.
till now I have assigned the custom home page to specific profiles.
Is it possibile to assign a custom home page to specific groups/users?
How?

That's right, home page can only be assigned by Profile. You can, however, use dynamic rules to show / hide components based on user profile or role attributes.
