I know this may seem a stupid question but how would i create new stages/status for the work items, Which will also map to a kanban board stage?

@Nick McDuffie is there any chance the team could revise the formula for the agf__Closed__c and agf__Resolved__c formula fields? Writing it to allow any status which contains "Closed" would make it way more flexible. We use custom status values to serve as "Closed" or "Resolved" - I can make my own for reporting, but the little visualizations in the parent/child tree use them, and I rely on those constantly.
