We can't save this record because the “Trigger PO Validation for User Story Testing” process failed. Give your Salesforce admin these details. <b>An unhandled fault has occurred in this flow</b><br>An unhandled fault has occurred while processing the flow. Please contact your system administrator for more information. Error ID: 1579749443-121214 (-1307309756) 

The error occurs only for one particular status "Testing completed - Waiting for PO Validation"

Any idea how to resolve this?
