Is it possible to create a custom work record type? I've tried this and I'm getting an error. Did I do something wrong or is this just not possible?

I just went ahead and made it a type which honestly is probably a cleaner way of doing it anyway. Product Tag might be a better fit, though. I'll run it by them. Thanks very much for your advice!
