Does anyone have experience they can share where they have successfully gotten customer users to access a community via a mobile app with notifications? We are trying to move away from the constraints of email notifications. We have one community in China that has set up a WeChat Group and engagement is so much higher. This experience makes me question if Community Cloud is viable in comparison to mobile apps. I have commented before about considering Slack. Before looking at a migration, I have to think an app solution with Salesforce is doable and the functionality seems to be there, but I’d look to hear from others who have gone down this road already. Salesforce1 or custom community app? Anyone willing to share?

Any updates here on the WeChat usage for Community Cloud @Adi Kuruganti ? Our group in China is having some interest in potentially launching a Chinese community (separate instance) and as you can imagine, WeChat login and integration is very important ;-)
