Can list view Kanban settings and list view charts be migrated using Force.com migration toolkit? I am not able to find any mention about it in the supported or unsupported section of metadata api documentation.

I don't think its currently possible to move Kanban views and List View Charts using Force.com Migration Tool. But please do check with Salesforce Success Team.
