Discovered the 'new note' publisher action is not  available in groups in lightning - but it is available in classic.  

Notes also do not show up in related files in lightning, but they do show in classic.

Is there anything on the roadmap for parity on both of these, especially re: the new note publisher action?  A separate list for notes be nice, but i can build that myself.
