Additional Email entering Issue:
When I Go to Contacts -> Find a existing -> Add another email: either personal email or other email and for some contacts it throws error. " Please select a preferred email " or review the preferred email" But for some contacts its updating it correctly. Please find attached the error.

Look for the field "Preferred Email", you need to select the type of email you want as the preferred. You may need to add it to your page layout.
