Ok another strange thing I have noticed about Lightning and not sure if it is something I can adjust on my end, but...

... when you are adding a new contact, new account it never starts your courser on their name or company name - it starts you on phone number.  I know it isn't a huge deal, but it bugs the hell out of my sales guys.  Any fix for this or is it another bug that needs to be adjusted in the next update?
