Two questions for folks - hoping to get some feedback from Salesforce.  The first is surrounding OOTB date fields.  When users edit for example, the TAD or ACD, the drop-down list for year (located next to the month) defaults to the current year and shows previous years.  Our sales users will never backdate an opportunity.  Is there anyway to change this?  Also, throughout our conversion, I have received a ton of feedback on the rolodex and how useful it is in classic.  When is this getting implemented in LE?
