I've scoured the Roadmap and see no mention of Thanks Badges in Chatter. We use these as an internal recognition. #LEX #NeededFeature #CantMigrate

While not as robust, it's really rewarding to drop a killer GIF into a Chatter post in Lightning Experience. Works like a charm. :)
