@* Experience Cloud - Best Practices * @Chatter Questions We have an announcement chatter group in our community to help ensure that members get notifications when we post something we want them to be sure and see. The issue we have is with the email subject line. I believe it is the same with email notifications in community posts outside the chatter group as well. Since update posts have no title or similar field that gets mapped to the subject line for the email, we end up with a generic "Subject: Joseph Neu posted a file in the group Announcements" or something like that. For Question posts, by contrast, the question field populates the email subject line. It would be great if there would be a title field for posts or some way to take the first sentence of the post for the subject line. User posted a file seems kind of lame. Has anyone come up with a fix?
