I would like to test Agile Accelerator to see if it is a good fit for my company moving forward. Does anyone have any resources and/or recommendations on how to started? Are there experts I can talk to that can assist me with the development process and review my use cases?

The Getting Started Guide listed at the left under 'Information' is your best source for general info and as a resource.

As far as 'experts', you can post specific questions here to the user community. Agile Accelerator tends to be geared for software development, but we have used if for overall projects, for proposals of Salesforce configuration work, to show process work (no sprints), and to automate development of project task setup based on a company template.
