Can someone help answer a very confusing question I asked recently to salesforce.

So there is an Idea on the idea exchange marked as status 'Delivered in Lightning'

But you still cannot add more than 3 fields beside each other in a page layout, so how is this delivered? I raised a ticket with support and was advised that this status means its being considered for lightning but hasn't been implemented yet...This status is misleading as isn't Delivered and Implemented the same thing?

I was advised if it had been delivered the status would be 'Delivered in 'Release Name'

Whats more its closed for voting, so can someone shed some light on this status.  I think a change in wording for the status is required.

And on that note can anyone help me get 3 or 4 columns on a page layout (not to be confused with 3 columns in lightning pages for different components) maybe that is the issue here?
