We are in the process of moving to Lightning but letting users toggle between Lightning and Classic during the process. I thought I heard some discussion about making users enter a "Why" description when they go from Lightning to Classic.  The thought is to iterate/optimize based on the results.  Has anyone else done that or point me to a help article? Thanks!
