How to enable content tab for partner users in community?

There are 2 Lightning components available now on the partner community: "Libraries" and "Files Lists". Tried them both and I still miss the capability of having partner users filter files using the facets capability of the Content tab.

Looks to me like a step back since the Content tab can be displayed in Partner Portal but not in Partner Community.

Any advice on this? Thank you.
