I have one user that is not getting any email notifications from Agile Accelerator for work cards, which is especially troublesome when a new work card is assigned to her. She does get other email notifications from salesforce (e.g. when a task is assigned to her). I have exposed the Agile Accelerator Settings tab to her and set the email notification level to Bread & Butter, but still no email notification is sent when a work card is assigned to her. Where else should I look to correct this?
