Within our company, we are exploring the use of a tool that can guide users through questions they have or to follow the path of a new implementation. Guided tracks etc. We've created a long list with companies like WalkMe, WhatFix, Toonimo etc.
For now, most applications are eliminated due to the fact that they do not run on the Lightning platform, only in Classic. I was wondering if anyone can share their experiences with tools like these?
Two knockout critera are that it should run in Lightning and that it can be used with other applications as well (so no specific app in the AppExchange).
Looking forward hearing your opinion.

From what I know Whatfix works pretty well on Lightning. And as you mentioned it works well the other apps as well.
