In the email composer in LIghtning, is there a way to choose which email address to use for a recipient? There was a selector in Classic (see attachment). Several of my users are asking.

We are using the primary email and a couple of custom email address fields to capture the various addresses our contacts (students) use. We are mandated to communicate with them primarily to their university address once they become students, so we have a custom email field for that. Managing the various email addresses and the different built-in SF and Pardot functionality gets to be tricky.
