In Lightning, the content libraries of old have moved to Files. Is anyone using Files? I certainly understand a lack of desire to rebuild the entire content library structure as our users were never enthusiastic contributors. It was always me or my marketing manager uploading content, which quickly got downloaded, but then was never really shared the way Salesforce envisioned it.

@Doug Ayers has a very helpful migration tool that you can check out here: https://douglascayers.com/2015/10/10/salesforce-convert-attachments-to-chatter-files/ As he states in the post, Attachments are pretty much going away in Winter 18 with Files being the preferred upload mechanism. You can publish Files to Libraries. And Libraries are available in Lightning (
