I am trying to convert a Lead in Lightning and it does not work if the Opportunity Name is not entered, which creates an Account and Contact but not the Opportunity.
This is the screen on Classic. You can see the Opportunity Name as required, as well the checkbox to create or not a new Opportunity. Can we customize this page in Classic? I couldn't find where.

As I mentioned, I haven't done this in a while and got confused while trying Lightning, so I couldn't tell the before/after. I found the same link, thanks for keeping my sanity or confirming the lack of it....
