Hi  I am Trying to update the Text field in the Workflow rule by Using Formula Filed.

TEXT(Resume_Name__c) = "Mahesh Gupta"     it throws an Error :  Incorrect parameter type for function 'TEXT()'. Expected Number, Date, DateTime, Picklist, received Text

Please help me out..
