Does anyone have any good implementation material?  We're looking to implement a customer community and I'm trying to figure out how to think through a few things.  Issues I'm trying to think through:

 

1) We have several libraries of documents i.e. (technical documents, support documents, training videos, etc.) that we'd like to share with customers.  Where would we store these documents and how would they be displayed to customers in a community? Also, depending on the customer we'd want to display only certain libraries of articles.  For instance for a customer in Africa we'd only want to display Africa documents.  How should we think about that in terms of roles/profiles and the document library?

 

2) How do we display contractual documents to customers through the community so they can reference past agreements they've signed?

 

3) How do we control whether or customers can see other customers?  We generally don't want them to see other customers.
