I'm curious if anyone has used an event registration program, besides Eventbrite, to manage events. We like the functionality of Eventbrite (reminders, check-in functionality, etc.) but would like something that allows us to automatically remove prospects from one engagement program and add them to another once they have RSVP'd. We're curious to know how others are managing event registration. Thanks in advance!

That is good to hear. I have found the Eventbrite connector for SF more robust than the one for Pardot. If they register for an event, then yes, they end up as a Lead in SF owned by marketing (the EventBrite connector does this). The Eventbrite - SF connector will also allow you to create new Campaign Members based on "Attendee" or "Buyer", or both. It's great to have this data so if you are doing a freemium style event you can segment by "Attendee" vs "Buyer" to try to convert more attendees to buy a paid ticket (premium seating, backstage access, private Q&A, etc). The SF - Eventbrite connector can do even more things, but that's just an example.
