Hi there, fairly new to Pardot and working on a plan to engage our Sales teams... we want them to get the most out of it! i.e. view new prospects, can they see which of their clients have engaged with what emails in a list? Essentially I want them to see a list and know who to call.
I'm trying to work my way round Pardot but wondered if you can point me in the direction of any help and training which will be relevant? Have had a dig around and not come across anything as of yet as it seems to be more focused on how to build campaigns and the engagement studio rather than the analysis afterwards.
