Has anyone has this experience? I have noticed over the last few days that Work Items I move to “Closed” are being moved back into “In Progress” by other members of the team, except they didn't do it. There is some automation causing this. Is this a known issue?

It appears that Zeba reopened the story, but she didn't.

I appears that I reopened the story, but I did not.
Why does this happen? Is there a change we could make that would prevent it?
