Another really good Salesforce Idea that's been languishing without recognition, those of you get input on forms from people would probably like to show this some love.  Adding the equivalent of a Proper() function to formula fields in Salesforce.  I know there's Apex workarounds, but this could be an easy one and would make life a lot easier when people screw up entry on forms.
