Hi All.
Has anyone previously used Service Console in SF Classic and made the switch to the Service Console LEX version? (I understand it's only available in BETA at the moment).
It would be great to hear a use case from someone: their successes and failures with the implementation.
In particular, it would be good to hear from someone that has Knowledge and Milestones/Entitlements incorporated within their Service Cloud.

I'm a power user of Service Console in classic and am starting to utilize the new one in lightning in a separate browser window for new features like Chatter Streams. They coexist pretty well. It is the first release, so not at full feature parity yet, but still very functional, IMO.
