Can i do Web to Work (Story) to create new stories in Agile accelerator from a simple web page ? I would like my internal customers to not worry about loggin into Agile accelrator and learning various details. I would like to puiblish a simple form with fields and clicking submit should create a story in Agile Accelerator. Is this possible ?
I would use Web-to-Case. That would give you a simple form that is configured with the fields you desire. You can have hidden fields that are automatically completed based on the source of the form. Once the Case is created, you will need a workflow to create the Stories off of it. Create a specific Record Type for Cases that will be converted to Stories. This ensures you get the specific desired fields.
You can get fancy by including a review and approval process prior to adding the Work Item (Story), or you can go straight to the creation without any checking or validation.
