Does anyone have any documentation or can provide info on best practice/how to utilize the "Build" and "Release" objects in Agile Accelerator? No info is in the guide on this nor do any youtube or Dreamforce session videos touch on these. Any insight is greatly appreciated.

I'd like to know more about this to see if it solves one of our bugbears. One of our key challenges is managing change between sandboxes/production. If you have multiple people working across these, it is a nightmare to manage change without wiping over others work.
