Within Engagement Studio, we are trying to figure out how to trigger sending an email on a certain date and time and can't figure it out.  It seems there are only two options: Send immediately or Wait {a period of time} and then send.  For event marketing, how do you create a journey that ends with a reminder email the day before the event, another one the day of the event and a follow-up email the day after the event without creating a completely new journey leveraging a "event registered" list driven by the first journey?

the Engagement Studio does not do this scheduling like you are thinking.

What you want to do is set up a List Email and pre-schedule it. If your list is in flux up to the event, then you want to use a Dynamic List as your recipient list - this will allow people to be added to the list at any time, and everyone on the list will receive the email.

Alternatively, if your event is a webinar, generally those webinar tools have reminder emails already set up. Just use those. I don't use Eventbrite for business, but I receive reminders from them for events I'm attending personally, so if that's your program you can use those, too.
