A question for the people who are using this app. Do you think this app is beneficial for a solo admin managing internal Salesforce feature requests and projects (mostly point & click development) of a small (<50 users) org?
I just kicked off a similar effort with a 2 person team...me as an apprentice sys admin and agilist and a team mbr who knows nothing about Salesforce or Agile. We are using it to manage a "tech initiative" for our startup for which I think most solutions we implement will reside in / come from Salesforce. Using the Agile Accelerator to organize our work in a short amount of time has quickly created an infrastructure for how we approach our work before we start the work. This has always been a pet peeve of mine...find the system for how you will work before you start the work.
My sense is that using the app will help you experience the motions of agile and that may help create the new thought patterns and habits needed to become truly agile.
