Anyone else having issues with the assignment rules on user story creation? It appears to depend where its setup as to the behaviour. If you setup in the product tags page it does work (in a fashion) although there is not a search option on operators and sometimes SF will say this user does not exist. I get around this by copying and pasting the name in (random). If I go to the actual assignment rules then it behaves differently.
I have product owners in the system with read only access (they cannot be trusted to have real access) so I guess thats why they cannot be auto populated, but when I try to add the performance engineer, this is never populated.
Checked that the operators are in correct teams - but its seems that only SF admins appear to populate.

we dont like the product owners have privileges to change statuses or add things to a sprint, so have a read only perm set. This means they cannot be added unfortunately in the assignment rules (unless there is a specific persmission I can give?) - apologies for delayed response :)
